Early Saturday morning at 5:39 am, the company was alerted to Youngs Road in Newlin Township for trees and wires. On arrival they found a large tree across the roadway with wires burning. Chief 39 advised the fire radio to contact PECO and that the road would be closed for an extended period of time. While at this incident a motorist advised of another tree across the road on Route 162 at Embreeville Mill. TAC 39 responded to that location and found the call to be at Route 162 and Cannery Road, and requested Station 36 (Po-Mar-Lin) Fire Police as this was in their jurisdiction. Units remained on scene for one hour and then barricaded both incidents and returned to their stations after determining there were no fire services needed.
