Friday evening around 8:30, WBFC and GFAC were dispatched to Broad Run and Strasburg Road's for a vehicle accident with entrapment. CCFR advised that the vehicle was off the roadway over the embankment and the operator could not get out, for fear of the vehicle rolling over down the embankment. LT39-A arrived to confirm the report and advise of no injuries. Units arrived and the crews stabilized the vehicle so that the operator and his dog could be removed safely. Fire Police closed Strasburg Road between Route 162 and Broad Run Road until the vehicle could be removed and the emergency vehicles and responders were clear.
