Memorial Day 2015

As many of us prepare for family gatherings, picnics and the beginning of summer, let us not forget why we enjoy those many things and much more because of the men and women that fought for our freedom. In today's society we tend to forget that we live our lives as we do because of what has transpired in the past. The men and women that have given of themselves and fought for our freedom knowing that they may not return to their families. If everyone would take one minute of their time this Memorial Day and remember those that are no longer with us, it would mean so much to those who have lost their love ones.

I would also ask that if by chance you know a Veteran, or someone that is currently serving in our Armed Forces, please take the time to THANK them for what they have given, as simple as it seems "Thank You" is a small token compared to what they have given.

On behalf of the West Bradford Fire Company, I would like to say "THANK YOU" to all the men and women who have served or currently are serving The United States of America, in our Armed Forces.
