Its Time to Spring Forward and Change Your Batteries

Its that time of the year to 'spring ahead' for Spring! Tonight, daylight savings time begins as the clocks will jump forward one hour. As you adjust the clocks in your household and business, remember to change the batteries in your smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Smoke detectors are the first line of defense in the event of a fire. Every second counts!
Remember, properly working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors can and have saved many lives

The life of a detector is 10 years. If your detector is 10 years old or older, it should be replaced. Newer detectors have a 10 year battery or you can purchase a 10 year battery for your detectors.

Check out the links below if you need a new detector.

Questions? Call or stop by either station and we'll gladly help!
