On Thursday April 14th 2016 Warden 17-8 (A. Touchton) and Chief Ziegler (Station 35), conducted brush fire training for the active members of the West Bradford Fire Company. With direction from Chief Ziegler the Warden (Touchton) we deployed hose line, practice cutting a fire line, and extinguished the fire. With it being the season for brush fires, this type of training is essential for members to be able to quickly and safely handle these types of incidents. We would like to Thank Chief Ziegler and Warden 17-8 for taking the time for giving us this training and helping us brush up our skills needed. We also would like to Thank Highland Orchards for letting us use their property for this training.
