Trimbleville Dedication Program

Event Date: Sunday, September 11, 2016 - 1:00pm

The Battle of the Brandywine was the largest, longest and one of the bloodiest battles of the Revolutionary War. This coming September 11, 2016, 239 years to the day, the Friends of Martin's Tavern invites everyone to join them in the unveiling of the Trimbleville historical marker, commemorating the role the hamlet of Trimbleville played, not only in the war, but in the cultural heritage of colonial America.

The program & dedication will begin at 1:00 pm at 311 Broad Run Road, West Chester. Refreshments will be served. Come out and learn about this piece of history in our back yard.
