We would like to apologize for the lack of stories and information, that would normally keep our community informed about what we do and what is important. Since the last article was posted we have performed many special events and functions, that include the Marshallton Triathlon, Fire Prevention (aside from what we performed last week which was approximately 30 hours of Fire Prevention), and other public appearances at United Sports Training Center, Marshallton United Methodist Church, Harvest Worship Day School, West Bradford and Bradford Heights Elementary School and Paradise Farms Camp, just to name a few. We have also responded to over 120 emergency calls for service between May and October to assist our community and the motorists who may be passing through. We have been training, attending our daily drill nights while balancing our regular full time jobs and our families, one might inquire about "our regular full time jobs?", I say this because everything we do in the West Bradford Fire Co, that I mentioned above is done by an all Volunteer membership, I failed to mention that we also attend regular business meetings of the fire company, again all volunteer. So we will try our best moving forward to post stories and information so that you may be informed on the duties we perform through the year.

I have mentioned several times that we are Volunteer, we are looking for assistance to help with business functions, emergency response, or any other function that you may be interested in, we provide the training and equipment, while the reward you receive is being able to assist the community in which we live. Please stop by any Thursday night, during our drill night if you have interest in joining, have any questions or send us an email info@wbfc.org
