This morning Station 39 was dispatched to Strasburg Road in East Bradford Twp along with West Chester Fire Department units to an accident reported serious. The multiple company dispatch was due to the exact location of the accident being unknown. WCFD untis arrived on location to report the accidnet in their jurisdiction and that Station 39 could recall. Before the Rescue could get backed into the station, the Fire Radio called and advised they were dispatching a second accident at Marshallton Thorndale and Crestmont Dr, units arrived there to find a property damage accident that only required fire police for traffic control, the firepolice and Chief 39 remained on scene for traffic control until the tow company arrived. As the Rescue was backing in the station for the second time the company was alerted to Route 322 and Romig Road for the accident. Chief 39 arrived to find the accident, on Romig Road with one vehicle overturned into a drainage swale and the occupant out of the vehicle. This accident created a power outage in the area as the vehicle also hit a ground mounted transformer. The patient was transported by Minquas EMS to Paoli Hospital and units remained on the scene until the tow company arrived and PECO made the area safe. Station 45 and 46 Fire Police assisted at this accident with road closures.
