Shortly after 6:30 pm WBFC received the alerted to assist Po-Mar-Lin Fire Co, Station 36 on a barn fire in the Northbrook section of Pocopson Twp, Engine 39-1, Engine 39-3, Tanker 39, Chief 39 and Traffic 39 made the response. Chief 36 arrived to report a barn well involved. Engine 39-3 was assigned to water supply and set up drafting operations while Tanker 39 responded into the scene to supply Tanker 36. Engine 39-1 laid a five inch supply line from the drafting operations to Tanker 39 for a water supply. After a water supply was established the crews walked to the scene to assist with extinguishing the fire and overhaul. Fire Police assisted with closing down Northbrook Road. WBFC crews cleared the scene at approximately 9:50 pm and returned to station.
