Shortly before midnight Saturday the dwelling assignment was alerted for the Appleville section of West Bradford Twp. Units made the response and arrived to find the dwelling well involved. Crews made an aggressive attack and extinguished the fire in a short time, however, all was lost. Units worked on scene until 3:00 am to make sure all fire was out and overhaul the structure, Fire Police closed the surrounding roadways to keep the responders safe and allow for movement of fire apparatus. Due to excessive heat conditions GFAC EMS responded with their Rehab Unit to check on first responders. Crews then returned to their stations to cleanup equipment and were able to return home around 4:30am.
