| We had two special guest appearances at West Bradford Day!
First is Ben Franklin, who started the first volunteer fire department 1736 in Philadelphia. Mr. Franklin also helped found the Darby Fire Company in Delaware County, the oldest continuously volunteer fire company in the country! Darby Fire Co just celebrated their 250 year anniversary last year in 2025!
We also got a visit from our old Engine 39-1, which is a 1974 Ward LaFrance Ambassador which served the West Bradford community from 1974 until 2010. Thanks to Marc Luongo for bringing Engine 39-1!
