Let Us Not Forget

Thursday, September 11 2014, will mark the 13th Anniversary of one of the worst attacks on American soil. This day as many refer to as 9/11 or September 11th will be etched in our memories for ever. I would ask that you take a moment and remember those that lost their lives on that day, remember the pain that America felt and remember the Armed Forces that have defended our Country and the "War onTerror"
That day was the deadliest day in the history of the Fire Department of New York and continues to claim the lives both physically and mentally of innocent people that worked in or around Ground Zero.
That day also brought America together as One Nation and showed that together we can overcome and be proud of the Nation we call home. As the years pass by and the time goes on, some will forget where they were or what they were doing, but please remember those that have served and lost their lives on that horrific day and the years that have followed or have yet to come.
