Sunday afternoon at approximately, 4:40pm the volunteers at WBFC and Minquas EMS were dispatched to Poorhouse Road in the area of Forrest Hills for an accident involving a tree on a vehicle. Units arrived to find a large tree across the roadway, with a vehicle that had passed under it during the tree falling. The tree fell from approximately 30 ft up the embankment. Luckily everyone was able to self extricate from the vehicle and were checked by EMS and transported to a local hospital. Fire Police closed the roadway and crews assisted West Bradford Twp with tree removal. All units cleared at 5:39 after the tree and vehicle were removed.
