Fire Police assist Kennett Fire Company

March 13 - Just before lunchtime Traffic 39 was alerted on the Fire Police Task Force alarm to assist the Kennett Fire Company with traffic and crowd control on the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident. The Captain and Lieutenant responded with the Unit and returned to West Bradford after about 4 hours.

Saturday Morning MVA

March 10 - Early this morning the Members of Station 39 were alerted to the intersection of Broad Run and Shadyside Roads for the report of an auto accident. The caller initially reported that they had seen the accident from their window, but had no further information. EMC 50 (G. Allison) arrived on location first and reported a 2 vehicle accident blocking the intersection. Assistant 39 (G. Fairweather) and Chief 39 (Buttner) arrived shortly after and continued the assignment to handle hazards and control traffic at this moderately busy intersection. Units cleared after about 30 minuted.
