Within 24 hours of the first accident, Station 39 was dispatched to Rt 322 between Shadyside and Hall Rds. for an accident reported serious with multiple entrapment. Command 39 arrived on location with a two vehicle accident with one fatality and two trapped. Extrication was made on the two trapped victims. Two patients were transported to the trauma center by ambulance. The company stood by while PSP investiaged the accident.
